Over the last two decades, the lines between managed services and professional services/consulting have become more blurred, due to the evolving nature of organisational interaction with provision of contracted resource/expertise. Though IT is held up as a prime example, in fact many services that were once described as consulting can be seen just as much as a time-based managed service. Indeed, many of our organisational survey contracts are multi-year and resemble a managed service.

Most, if not all, of the services we provide to clients are a blended, hybrid mix. Our ‘solutions’ are modular in nature and adaptive to client need – saving on cost and unnecessary complexity from a project standpoint.

Our Managed Services approach delivers value whether providing organisations with heightened ‘Business As Usual’ (BAU) resource or Enabling Transformation through proven capability.

Given the inexorable pressure for organisations, from whichever sector, to execute ‘on-time and on-budget’ this inevitably accentuates the accountability for success whilst minimising risk. In other words, this can place a ‘heavy pull’ on available competencies.

Our mission is to optimise High Performance Teams (HPTs) through available talent (both ours and the client’s), in a way that minimises costs whilst delivering the end result. We provide ‘interim’ or contracted staffing that extends or enriches the organisation’s management and its committed resources in its pursuit, under our ‘4C’ mandate: Capability, Capacity, Communication and Community.

PROGRAMME AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT (PPM)

Whatever the remit to deliver, experienced programme and project management are vital components for execution.

Our Solution Playbooks contain many years of project knowledge distilled into tools, techniques and processes to assist organisations with the means for delivering success. We draw off various methodologies including PRINCE2, ‘Waterfall’, ‘Agile’ and hybrid approaches as appropriate for the objectives.

Our flexible modular approach enables us to design bespoke solutions without the need to reinvent the wheel, appropriately leveraging resources and expertise (both ours and the client’s). Our understanding of operating cultures, gained over many years, ensures the necessary implementation approach, notwithstanding the remit/objectives of the programme/project itself.
