Who we are

The company

As a company, we define the highest professional standards in order that our clients, which include FTSE100/Euro300, S&P500 companies and various public sector organisations, receive unparalleled service.

The firm was one of the original pioneers of employee engagement in the UK with its 5D Employee Engagement Framework that has become an industry standard. In 2006, we introduced the Management Pathfinder® – the innovative solution providing a unique 360 degree evaluation of an organisation’s people management, alongside other innovations.

In 2006, VaLUENTiS launched its Business School (VALBS) aimed at management as practitioners – the first of its kind, using the intellectual capital of the firm gained from research and client project experience. In 2015 we launched our Smart Coaching service as a natural outcome of client assignment needs.

At VaLUENTiS we are committed to delivering effective enterprise-wide solutions. By integrating qualitative and quantitative research techniques our practitioners provide deep insight into what the business requires, developing route-maps, playbooks and approaches that combine analytics, process development, and business integration. The company employs a due diligent approach, encapsulated in its operations, methods, and quality assurance, providing the foundation for project delivery and ensuring that client projects are carried out efficiently while governed by the highest quality and standards.
