SURVEYS
Organisations increasingly rely on internal, a much as external intelligence, in running their operations successfully. The use of surveys, in all their differing guises, is crucial to delivering this intelligence in real-time (or near real-time).
At its heart, a survey is a tool or process to measure perceptions, be they from colleagues, customers/service users or other stakeholders. The construction of survey instruments is very much both art and science that effectively turns feelings or attitude into quantifiable data. Effective execution avoids GIGO (Garbage In, Garbage Out), and results in a second equally important step in translating data into insight and action.
All too often, organisations can be seduced by factors such as response rates, benchmarking and sophisticated survey delivery portals – not realising that the key to an effective survey is more usually the design, positioning and its interpretation. In addition, messaging to senior leadership can be a particular minefield, leading to erroneous conclusions or jargon-laden reporting.
Since 2003, we’ve delivered thousands of survey exercises, with end-to-end design and full implementation – reporting to executive-level audiences. Our portfolio includes standardised and, where necessary, customised surveys and analytics in the following subject domains:
ANALYTICS
We use a variety of advanced analytic tools and techniques in conjunction with data visualisation. Our data science experts apply various statistical methodologies to extract the best meaningful output outside of the expected norms like benchmarking. Our approach is designed to be as educative as it is informative from a critical thinking standpoint. Our expertise has been developed over many years and is covered under our Performance Analysis solution.
